SYSTEMS AFFECTED
	    FreeBSD 2.2.5-stable, 2.2.6-stable (at least tested)
PROBLEM
	    Daniel Harris posted following which occured on FreeBSD.  You  can
	    invoke a  crash depending  on your  system limits.   Under  tested
	    system  file  descriptors  were  limited  to  4142.  After loading
	    ircII (2.9-roof) with purepak.irc 2.07 do following:
	
	        /bot massmake 1000 Blah servername
	
	    After about 2 minutes the machine will reboot.  This was tested
	    with 2 freebsd machines (2.2.5-stable and 2.2.6-stable) with the
	    same success.
SOLUTION
	    When descriptors  where tuned  down from  above 200,  it would not
	    crash anymore.
